The order builder is already running on this site: you create your account, pick 5 dishes from the week's menu of 12, review the order and pay online before the cut-off, always before the Sunday delivery.

- Mesa Lista publishes each week's menu, price and cut-off time; the cut-off is in Bogotá time.
- After the cut-off that week can no longer be ordered or paid.
Mesa Lista is not cooking or delivering yet: for now the builder is there to try the ordering flow, and card payment switches on once a menu, a price and a cut-off are confirmed. While no week is published, the builder shows up empty. The builder itself is in Spanish for now.

- When do you start?
- We are not delivering yet. We are setting up the kitchen and the first deliveries in Bogotá, and the waiting list hears about it first.
- Who cooks?
- Nicolas Garcia, a nutritionist, with one helper. The menu is designed by the same person who is in the kitchen.
- How much will it cost?
- We are still working out the price. We'll share it with the waiting list before opening spots.
- Is this hot food delivery?
- No. It arrives frozen on Sunday and you heat it whenever you want.
- Can I already build and pay for an order?
- The order builder is already on the site: you create your account, pick 5 dishes out of 12 and review your order. Card payment switches on once Mesa Lista publishes a week with a confirmed menu, price and cut-off time; until then the order is saved without any charge.
