1. Who operates this site
This site and the Mesa Lista service are operated by Nicolas Garcia, an individual residing in Bogotá, Colombia, contact mesa-lista@tankmail.lat. "Mesa Lista" is the trade name under which that person presents the project; as of today there is no incorporated company and no associated tax registration. By using this site you accept these terms.
2. What this site is
This site explains the service, states its conditions, and lets you do two things: leave your email on a list to receive the week's menu and spots, and — by creating an account — build the weekly order, pick five dishes from the menu of twelve and pay for that week online by card.
To order you need an account with your email and a password. Your orders belong to that account: each account sees only its own. We cannot send emails yet, so the password cannot be recovered by email; if you lose it, write to us.
3. Conditions of the weekly order
- What is sold: a weekly commercial unit of 5 dishes for 4 people, frozen home-cooked food, ready to heat.
- Price: COP 189.000 a week, paid in advance. The price is for the complete unit: dishes are not sold separately and extra dishes are not charged.
- How you pick: you pick exactly 5 dishes from that week's menu of 12. There are no fixed bundles, no per-person plans and no custom sizes.
- Cut-off: each Sunday's order closes the Saturday before at 11:59 p.m., Bogotá time (America/Bogota). After that hour the next delivery is the following Sunday.
- Delivery: on Sunday, at the Bogotá address you record in the order. We coordinate with you by phone if we cannot deliver.
- Spots: each week has a limited number of spots. Confirming the order reserves your spot, and the spot is released if you cancel or if the week closes without a verified payment.
- No automatic renewal: each week is ordered and paid for separately. We do not store your card, there is no recurring charge, and we never charge anything you have not confirmed.
- Provisional menu: while the kitchen finalises the twelve recipes, the menu names are shown marked as examples. Picking, paying and the Saturday cut-off already work the way they will stay.
- What it does not include: no breakfasts or all-day meal plans, no per-person plans, no custom portions or weights, no calorie calculations and no therapeutic diets. We do not guarantee that the dishes are free of any allergen: if someone in your home has a food allergy, write to us before ordering.
Signing up for the waiting list does not reserve a spot, is not a sales contract, and does not oblige you to buy.
4. Payment, changes and cancellation
- Payment: the card charge is processed by the payment gateway contracted through the technology platform that runs this site. Card details are not stored by Mesa Lista. If card payment is unavailable, the order is saved as pending payment and we coordinate it by email before the cut-off.
- Confirmation: an order is confirmed only once the payment is verified with the gateway. An order created without a verified payment is not delivered: if the week closes that way, the order expires and the spot is released.
- Changes: you can change the five dishes, free of charge, while the week is still open.
- Cancellation: you can cancel an unpaid order free of charge. If you have already paid and need to cancel, write to us before the cut-off at mesa-lista@tankmail.lat and we refund that week.
- If we cannot deliver: if we do not deliver your paid order, we refund the value of that week.
5. Proper use of the site and its forms
By signing up or ordering you undertake to use your own email address and truthful details, to give a real delivery address, and not to send illegal, offensive, promotional or automated content. We may delete, without notice, any record that breaks this or that is clearly false, and cancel orders with false delivery details.
6. Communications
By leaving your email on the list you authorise Nicolas Garcia to write to you about the menu, the spots and matters related to the service. If you have an account, we also write to you as needed about your orders and payments. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to mesa-lista@tankmail.lat, free of charge.
7. Personal data
The handling of the data you provide here is governed by the Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015. We recommend reading it before submitting the form.
8. Site content
The texts, illustrations, name and graphic identity of Mesa Lista belong to Nicolas Garcia. You may share the link to the site freely, but you may not reproduce its content for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Availability and liability
The site is provided as is and may have interruptions, changes or errors. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the site or of online payments; when card payment is unavailable, the order can be coordinated by email. Nothing published here constitutes individual nutritional or medical advice, nor promises health outcomes.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date. If you keep using the site after a change, you are understood to accept it.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Colombian law and any dispute will be handled before the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia. Party responsible for the site and the service: Nicolas Garcia, contact mesa-lista@tankmail.lat.
